Summary of Operation: Waves is a leading supplier of hand car wash and valeting services throughout England and Wales. We currently have over 100 franchises operational, predominantly from Tesco car parks but also in shopping centres, garden centres, retails parks and ex-petrol stations.

Training Provided: Full training is provided as part of the franchise package with a Waves residential training course covering all aspects of the business from operational issues to health & safety to marketing. You will also attend a valeting course.

Support Services Provided: Franchise owners have on-site support from our experienced field-based Area Management Team, which includes four Area Managers and a Training Manager. The Area Management team helps you with operational issues and complaints, as well as offering support and advice on promoting and growing your business. Full marketing support is also available from our head office.
