David Bigmore & Co in association with Goodman Derrick is based in London and the North West. David has been practising franchising law for almost 20 years. The Association franchise department of eight solicitors advises on setting up new franchises, both international and domestic, dealing with franchisor/franchisee disputes an advising Franchise Associations and franchisees. David sat on the bfa's Legal Committee and was the Special Adviser to the bfa on the Trading Schemes Act. He is the author of numerous articles on franchising, which have been published nationally and internationally.
